Hello

I am new to this.  I just signed up and I am looking for support.  I don’t know where to begin when it comes to weight lose.   I have 4 young children.  The last one was born in September, and now I need to try to lose my baby weight (I gained 50 lbs, I have 20 left) as well as 15 lbs I wanted to lose before baby.  I need accountability and support.  I am so glad to get that opportunity with all of you.

    Welcome to the site! Thank you for your comment on my blog. Like I said, I think working out in the morning is the best time for me. I hope it works out for you but if not, anytime of the day is better than No time, right?? I suggest that you research and find a healthy eating plan you know you can stick to.     i have 2 small children and my weight trouble started after i had them but now my youngest is 3 it really is time to shift those pounds.

    HI JENNY.. I HAVE ONLY BEEN ON THIS SITE FOR A WEEK OR SO AND I LOVE IT SO MUCH.. SO MUCH SUPPORT IS GIVEN HERE. I THINK YOU’LL LIKE IT AS WELL.

    Good Luck to you! It’s amazing to hear someone say, “I’ve never dieted before.” I feel like I’ve always been “on a diet,” at lest in words, usually not in the follow-through. Keep up the potitive attitude and remember that you are a priority too…not just the housework. You need to feel important!
